SWAMP RATS SWIM TEAM
WINTER CONDITIONING GROUP  

This is a Winter Conditioning Group for the Swamp Rats Swim Team focusing on building technique and endurance for all 4 competitive strokes as well as starts and turns.  We promise to make it a challenging but fun environment for all.  Groups are based on ability level not age.
There is a minimum of 10 swimmers needed to hold the session.

This is for former Swamp Rats swimmers (8 and up) OR with the approval of Coach Karyn.  
We will focus on increasing base fitness as well as technique in all 4 strokes. 

This is not a session for beginning swimmers.  We will start the Spring session after Spring Break

When:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., January 7th through March 13th, 2025

Equipment Needed:

Each swimmer MUST have swim fins (long rubber fins such as Finis Floating fin or TYR color fin) at every practice.  Please no “scuba” fins or plastic fins with an ankle strap.

Cost:

$265 (a $25 deposit is required now to hold your spot), 
A minimum of 10 swimmers to hold the session 
requires immediate payment via PayPal or contact us for other arrangements.
